Purple bar

This oval urn is about twelve inches high and about ten inches across at its widest point. Its rough and weathered surface is an irregular mixture of gray and brown. The vessel is arbitrarily marked with rows of shallow grooves and many small lumpy protrusions. Asymmetrically spaced around the top of the jar are five crude lugs like small looping handles. The base of the urn is rounded rather than flat. At the top of the vessel is a wide opening covered by a round lid. The lid resembles the top half of a sphere. Rising from the center of the lid is a circular protrusion like a ring.
